Customer Value Creation: LUXURY AND SELECTIVE DISTRIBUTION SECTOR GLOBAL BLUE, the worldwide industry leader for Tax Free Shopping is looking for an Intern in the Customer Value Creation team based in Gallarate (VA) / Milan. The position will be part of the Customer Value Creation team. The objective of the Customer Value Creation department is to support the Global sales team in the value creation process with prospects and clients, providing analysis and research. This support will be done on a worldwide level for the main Luxury and Fashion retailers. Your mission: Sensitive to the luxury and selective distribution environments, you will work closely with the Customer Value Creation managers in shaping content, analysis and tools for Global account sales teams. You will have to interact with our worldwide Global Blue teams based in numerous countries. Tasks: You will be in charge of watching retailers trends and fashion/luxury industry trends in general. You will also have to work on ad-hoc market analysis, related to specific brands or market segmentations. You will participate in the preparation of workshops with clients and prospects , working on market/brand analysis, setting up and analysing surveys, consolidating data analysis, and content preparation. Your profile: Strong desktop research and analytical skills Strong synthesis and communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills, organization and autonomy Microsoft Office suite – Strong Power Point presentation skills Fluent in English Interest for Luxury, Fashion and Retail is a plus Benefits for this position: Fixed remuneration Meal vouchers
