Job Description:Key Responsibilities and Activities Manage the opening and renewal of the Customs Authorities.
Manage and maintain AEO authorization and follow up on related audits and reviews by the Customs Agency.
Manage and monitor the proper operation of import and export operations of finished goods.
Manage and monitor the proper operations carried out by operators in bonded warehouses.
Manage the Special Rules and bank guarantees in collaboration with Treasury.
Manage the 'Classification of Goods', deal with the request/predisposition of the Certificates of Origin.
Care about the relative affiliations of the inspections carried out by the customs officials in the production units and at the headquarters.
Carry out training activities with colleagues of the headquarters and the plants in relation to the regulations in force.
Maintain contacts with external offices such as Customs, Ministries, Associations.
Coordinate Customs Specialists by giving them all necessary support for training and professional growth.
Key Relationships: External: customs offices.
Experience Required Experience in consumer goods industries is a must, preferably within the spirits category.
Experience in managing teams with functional reporting lines.
Education / Professional Qualifications Functional Skills Customs management and knowledge of customs law.
Knowledge of business processes and risks concerning handling of finished products and raw materials subject to customs.
Demonstrate Campari values through words and actions.
Understanding business priorities.
Strong desire to provide a high level of service to stakeholders.
Collaborative leadership skills and ability to influence.
Adaptive/flexible, but firm when necessary.
