**MISSION**:

Reporting to BOS Director, he/she will be responsible for planning and follow up the cutting activities related to PRF internal cutting center area.

He will manage orders and forecast received from production teams of the different brands taking into account demand plan requirements, available and needed resources, materials supplies, whilst respecting the level of quality and cost objectives.

The production planner will collaborate on a daily basis with the cutting centre coordinator, and he/she will keep posted the production team about the staging of the different production orders.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

**Activities related to production planning for cutting centre

- Analize the forecast received from production team in order to proper balance the workload

- to schedule production campaigns and to prepare the progress plans

- Confirm to production teams the feasibility and delivery date of the PO received

- Manage with production team eventual overlapping of needs from the different Brands

**Activities related to production progress

- Ensuring that product delivery schedules are adhered and guaranteeing the constant supply of materials

- Daily follow up the cutting centre production status vs planned and escalate timely eventual critical issues

**Activities related to the management and monitoring of production stages

- Implementation of techniques for monitoring production progress and deliveries within an updated and efficient reporting system

- Prepare on monthly base KPI reporting about Cutting centre performance and leather consumption

- Collaborates with Logistic teams for managing the flow of returns and reparations.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS

- Degree in Management Engineering/Economics or related areas

- **2 or more years of experience as a production planner** or similar position

- **Fluent English** and Italian

- Proficiency in **Excel**:

- **Team working **attitude

- Experience in using **ERP tools** (the knowledge of **SAP** will be considered as a Plus)

- Familiarity with Lean enterprise tools

- Autonomy in decision-making, attention to details and planning and organization skills
