For a leading international Company in the field of gaming & betting we are looking for a

**Posizione**:

CVM PLATFORM ASSOCIATE MANAGER.

The position lies within the area of International Online Development which works for the development and improvement of the international online gaming market.

The CVM Platform Associate Manager will work on those activities and projects related with the Customer Value development strategy and satisfaction of the Company.

The resource will manage the roadmap and developments of all platforms (Web, App, Back end system, Promotional engine, CRM) used by the international online markets, with the support of a team of product owners.

**Requisiti**:

Key Activities:

- Defining the product roadmap & the product backlog;

- Support in writing User Requirements & User Stories;

- Coordinating with Product Teams to define and plan the launch of new games;

- Participating in the sprint plannings to define the development process;

- Running internal UATs with all relevant teams (e. g.

UX/UI, Account team).

The resource should have good project and product management skills, good negotiation and coordination skills and be able to work in multidisciplinary teams (IT, UX/UI, Legal, Operations, Demand).

Your profile:

- 5 years of experience as Business analyst/project management/product management working with customer-facing digital products;

- Master's degree (economics, management, technical background preferred;

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

- Extremely detail-oriented;

- Proactive and engaging;

- Self-organizing and able to work according to goals and metrics;

- Strees managemenent;

- Excellent English language proficency (C1/C2) both written and spoken;

- French - nice to have

- Excellent knowledge and mastering of Excel and PowerPoint.
