Join the TUI Musement Customer Experience Product Domain team as the **IT Business Analyst** and you will play a transformational role in building out how we engage and serve our TUI customers.

**ABOUT THE JOB

- Building a large network across TUI Group and TUI Musement teams you will shape problem statements, identify with the product teams how to solve customer problems, increase business and customer value

- Working with the UX, Business and Product teams you will be analysing data, insight, customer and business needs to ensure we create value in the most efficient way possible

- You will be aiding the product teams across the sub-domain in articulating user stories and epics and feeding these across various interconnected teams within TUI Group and TUI Musement

- You will be delivering analytical reporting for the sub-domain to ensure we are data driven, user focused and able to identify pain points and solve them quickly

- Bring key stakeholders with you on the transformation journey through excellent and consistent storytelling and communication

**ABOUT YOU

- Strong cultural flexibility and leadership skills with the ability to influence and enthuse others

- Experience working as a Business/Product Analyst (or similar profession with similar skill set)

- A structured and analytical individual comfortable working with people, data and projects

- Working knowledge within Agile/Product Teams

- Knowledge of backlog management and coordination

- Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Teams is a benefit

- Ability to work independently and represent TUI Musement in all internal and external forums

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
