Join our Cyber Fusion Center at TECNIMONT SERVICES SPA, new branch of MAIRE Group (Milan), and play a key role in designing and implementing security architectures in complex IT environments. We are looking for a Cyber Security Architect with expertise in defining and integrating cutting-edge security solutions, capable of orchestrating large-scale protection strategies. Main Responsibilities:Security Architecture Design ImplementationDefine and integrate security frameworks in both cloud and on-premise environments, ensuring system resilience. Develop security strategies based on Zero Trust, IAM (Identity Access Management), and network segmentation. Implement and manage Next-Gen SOC technologies, including AV/EDR, SIEM, Network Detection Response, VA/PT, DLP, and WAF. Define advanced use cases for SIEM and SOAR, leveraging Machine Learning and AI to automate detection response. Cyber Security Strategy GovernanceCollaborate with infrastructure and development teams to embed security in DevSecOps architectures and CI/CD pipelines. Develop and update security policies and governance frameworks to protect data and ensure compliance with international regulations (e. g. , NIS2, ISO 27001, GDPR). Define risk assessment models and cyber resilience strategies for enterprise environments. Incident Response Threat IntelligenceLead Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) and Digital Forensics strategies to prevent and respond to advanced threats. Utilize OSINT tools, Early Warning systems, and Threat Hunting to proactively identify and mitigate vulnerabilities. Manage attack simulations and Cyber Range exercises to strengthen the organization's security posture. Documentation TrainingProduce technical documentation, analysis reports, security metrics, and executive presentations. Develop and implement Cyber Security Awareness programs to train technical and non-technical teams. Requirements:Experience5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on security architecture and strategic project management. Background in SOC/CERT/CSIRT environments or organizations with a high cybersecurity maturity level. Technical SkillsStrong expertise in cloud security architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) solutions. Advanced knowledge of networking security, with solid experience in Windows, Linux, and container security (Kubernetes, Docker). Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, MITRE ATTCK, CIS Controls, and OWASP. Leadership Soft SkillsExperience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments. Additional Qualifications (Nice to Have):Educational BackgroundBachelor's or Master's degree in STEM fields, preferably with a specialization in Cybersecurity or related disciplines. CertificationsCISSP, CISM, CCSP, OSCP, CEH or equivalent security certifications. Cloud security certifications (AWS/Azure Security, CCSP) or project management certifications (PMP, Agile).
