Overview**:

**Role purpose**: to ensure that Vodafone's products and services are securely designed meeting Vodafone security requirements.

This role requires strong relationships across the Technology and Business functions to drive optimal collaboration and alignment.

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Secure by design: provide the requirements to ensure products and systems are compliant with Vodafone security standard for in-house and cloud-based solution.

- Assurance E2E: verify that products and services are compliant to Vodafone security standards.

- Provide go/no go to projects based on Security test outputs and remediation activities.

- Provide answers to cyber security requirements on Customer bids.

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- Proven experience and deep knowledge of Cyber Security main topics and areas

- Thorough understanding of relevant industry security standards and protocols including ISO27001 and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST);

- Extensive knowledge of the ICT technologies and architectures (including cloud and agile); some knowledge of the Telco industry would be beneficial.

- Ability to run risk assessments

Excellent communication skills to provide rapid and concise summaries of complex scenarios.

**Must have professional qualifications/experience**:

- Master's Degree in quantitative fields like Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering

- Must have fluency in Italian and English.

- 5-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role in a telecoms, banking, insurance, digital services sector

- CISSP, CISM Certifications
