This position reports toDigital Solution Engineering ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesYou will be working as Cyber Security Specialist and will be part of Process Automation business area for Energy Industries - Digital Division.

The division integrates automation, electrification, instrumentation, and telecom to enable customers' business transformation in a converging IT/OT environment. The priority is to help customers embrace digitalization securely with solutions that make data access, visualization, and understanding easier than before. The Candidate will support the local Division in delivering Cyber Security projects for OT-Systems from the design to the implementation phase; he/she will also coordinate Cyber Security maintenance activity on DCS install base. The work model for the role is:You will be mainly accountable for:Knowledge about IEC 62443 Reference Architecture rules and Cyber Security aspects.

Cyber Security qualification could be a plus (IEC62443 specialist/expert, ISO27001, GISSP, CISSP, TUV CySec etc.

)Understanding of the upgrade and backup process of various IT environmentsKnowledge of how to apply basic Cyber Security controls for OT Systems:Centralized Patch ManagementCentralized Antivirus, Allow listing and Device controlCentralized Backup SystemSystem HardeningUser Access ManagementKnowledge on installation and configuration of centralized WSUS and Antivirus with automatic download from upstream servers. Knowledge on Active Directory Management (GPO Management), RADIUS authentication, Active Directory configurations and management as trust/integration/authentication. Knowledge on Networking segmentation and Firewall configuration, with capability to create a DMZ with all relevant firewall rules. Following skills could be a plus:Understanding of NIST framework and experience deploying Cyber Security projects either for new 800xA/S+ or on running plants. Knowledge on installation, configuration and monitoring of Network Intrusion Detection System; knowledge on installation and configuration of SIEM solutions with capability to install and configure personalized use-cases and runbooks, connecting log extractor tools. Experience deploying Cyber Security projects either for new 800xA/S+ or on running plants. Qualifications For The RoleYou have a Technical Diploma or a degree in Technical areas. You have a good knowledge of the Microsoft platform from W2008/W2016/W2019/W2022 Servers and W7/W8/W10/W11 Clients and Linux Red-Hat.

You possess an overall knowledge of managing virtual environments using virtualization tools such as VMware ESXi, also in cluster configuration (Microsoft Hyper-V could be a plus). Availability for short/medium period business travels to perform on-site commissioning activities. You have 5 or more years' experience in the OT/software industry with a focus on cyber security, digitalization, and the Internet of Things, and deep understanding of relevant technologies and trends. You are passionate about analyzing data and situations, synthesizing causes and solutions and capitalizing on experience.
