Founded in 2017, we offer Cybersecurity-as-a-Service (CaaS), safeguarding assets from internal threats and external intrusions. We specialize in hardening IT and OT systems while providing dedicated Network and Security Operation Centers (NOC/SOC) for defense and various industries, including energy, transportation, telecommunications, finance, insurance, retail, and healthcare.
Our team includes legal experts to ensure seamless compliance with regulatory frameworks and risk assessments, such as GDPR, NIS2 for IT, and IEC 62443 for OT. Our engineers, analysts, and technical operators support the digitization of public and private organizations with end-to-end solutions, including marketing, project design, and management. We hold quality certifications, including ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, which guarantee excellence insoftware solution design, service integration, and network infrastructure monitoring. Intellisync is expanding its team and launching new projects, and we are looking for an experienced and qualified Cyber Security Specialist with at least two years in the field.
This role will be responsible for carry on our cybersecurity projects together with the team.
This includes monitoring threat signals, conducting vulnerability assesments, penetration tests, and developing the corporate security architecture. You are the ideal candidate if you have proven experience in the cybersecurity field, and a solid understanding of networking, system administration and web application security. Key responsibilities: Monitoring systems, networks, and applications for anomalies and threat signals;Implementing security solutions such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS/IPS), encryption and authentication;Conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to identify weaknesses and provide recommendations for improvements;Ensuring that all security policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with current regulations (e. g.
GDPR);Developing and managing incident response plans, performing forensic analysis, and mitigating potential damage;Designing and developing enterprise-level security architecture, ensuring it is in line with regulations and industry best practices;Defining security policies and ensuring they are integrated into business processes and adhered to by various teams;Developing strategies for identity and access management, data protection and cloud security. Job requirementsMust-have:+2 years in Cyber Security field;Advanced technical knowledge in computer networks, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and application security;Experience with security tools such as SIEM (e. g.
Splunk, QRadar), firewalls, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management solutions (Nessus, Qualys);Knowledge of forensic analysis methodologies, incident response and threat mitigation;Understanding of security regulations and standards such as GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST;Experience in designing security architectures and risk assessment in complex environments, including cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Nice to have:Additional certifications: OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), LPIC-3 (Linux Professional Institute Certification Level 3). Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, PowerShell or Bash to automate security processes. DevSecOps experience: knowledge of security practices in CI/CD processes.
