As a vital member of our CISO office team, you'll collaborate with the CISO, SOC, and other key players to set objectives, implement cutting-edge security measures, and ensure their daily execution.

Your mission: to provide expert guidance and practical, achievable goals that keep our IT Security robust and continually advancing.

YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE:Leading and coordinating SOC in incident response and vulnerability management;Overseeing security technologies like M365 Security and Microsoft Defender;Designing and optimizing security tools and systems, including SIEM;Collaborating with the CISO team for security assessments and improvements;Enhancing security awareness through mentoring and training;Staying updated on emerging security trends and sharing best practices;Providing cybersecurity guidance and recommendations across IT projects;Managing and coordinating the reporting and monitoring for stakeholders;Participating in the selection and evaluation of security solutions;Identifying and addressing cyber security gaps in existing and proposed projects. WHO YOU ARE:You hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field (InfoSec is a plus);You have done something similar for at least 5 years;You bring a strong technical background with expertise in cloud security;You excel in identifying and mitigating security risks;You're adept with essential security tools like M365, Sentinel, Intune, SIEM, and IAM;Your expertise includes securing network architectures (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS);You thrive in managing priorities independently;You communicate effectively with senior stakeholders;You're eager to tackle new challenges and continuously expand your skills;You have managed vendors and security service providers;Your customer service mindset ensures client satisfaction;You understand and apply data privacy laws and regulations;Even better if you hold industry certifications such as NIST, ISO, GDPR, or COBIT;You speak English and Italian fluently.
