GIH One Security function is responsible for developing and implementing Security Strategy within the Asset and Wealth Management Business Unit.

The function acts as Security point of contact for all the Legal Entities within the Business Unit and the Group Security function.

The responsibilities of the function cover both the Information & Cyber Security area, as well the Corporate & Physical Security one and the Business Continuity domain.

- Support CSO on the identification and communication of relevant information Security-related issues, risks, and events in the organization;

- Support business and IT on identifying security requirements to be implemented on project initiatives, based on Group framework and international standards, with definition and review of security clauses in the contract clauses with third parties providers;

- Support to the execution of security technical assessments;

- Project management activities on cyber security projects, with identification of possible market security solutions and tools;

- Support on cyber security incident management and personal data breach management, in collaboration with other Group Security functions;

- Support local entities of the Business Unit Investment Asset & Wealth Management on Information and Cyber Security topics;

- Interact with Group Security functions on Group Security initiatives and programs.

The role implies frequent contacts at an international level with Generali Group companies in the different countries where the BU operates as well interaction with other Generali and BU stakeholder functions (IT & Operations, Compliance, Risk, Security, ).

**Requirements**:

- Degree-level education (Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent);

- At least 3-5 years of experience in Information Security in international Group or major consulting firms; specific experience in financial services industry would be a plus;

- One certification on information security (e. g.

CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 etc );

- Good knowledge of main Information Security standards and frameworks (ISO27001, ISO22301, OWASP, NIST CSF, COBIT etc );

- Knowledge of security-related technologies such as endpoint security, network security, SIEM, IAM/IAG, Cloud Security, Mobile Security etc

- Expertise with security operations and incident response/handling;

Soft Skills:

- Good communication and relational capabilities.

- Ability to work in large international security projects;

- Advanced problem solving, analytical and communication skills;

- Familiarity with reporting to various levels of business and management;

- Excellent written and oral English language skills.

French and German languages are a plus.
