**REPORTS TO**:Chief Operational Officer

**Our client is a leader in the security and access control sector that proposes innovative products such as smart locks and surveillance systems for the private sector, industries, and public spaces.

**-- MISSION --

**The ERP Business Analyst will be responsible for defining business, financial, and operations requirements and system goals, working with decision makers and end users.

They will be responsible for the configuration and implementation of the company's ERP system, with a focus on the Finance and Operations modules.

**-- RESPONSIBILITIES --

- Review functional documentation to ensure accuracy and technical compliance.

- Facilitate design sessions with the implementation team to define solutions for ERP implementation.

- Maintain effective communication with software vendors and IT leadership to prioritise and resolve specifications for new features, system defects, and implementation schedules.

- Test system changes to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.

- Collaborate in the development of training materials for end-users.

- Manage and track support requests related to Dynamics 365 F&O.

- Identify and propose custom solutions, and perform related analysis and documentation for customizations.

- Interface effectively with project stakeholders and maintain a teamwork-oriented approach.

- Manage user support activities for the new ERP system.

- Learn and understand the global ERP production model to be implemented across all establishments, ensuring tasks are performed on time and meet targets.

- Utilise in-depth knowledge of ERP production modules, including Planning, Production Control, and WHS for Production.

- Analyse business requirements and provide solutions from a global perspective.

- Prepare production set-up and manage data migration.

- Conduct user training sessions on the new ERP system.

**-- REQUIREMENTS --

- Excellent knowledge of Office package

- Knowledge of the English language

- At least 1 year of experience in ERP implementation

- Knowledge in using Microsoft AX/AXAPTA/Dynamics365 F&O

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato

Stipendio: Fino a €55. 000, 00 all'anno
