The D365 Functional Specialist serves as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.

This role focuses on analyzing business needs, configuring D365 modules, and delivering functional solutions to optimize operations and achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements, pain points, and objectives related to integrations needs.

Review Functional design documents and provide the necessary feedback to implementation team and stakeholder.

Understanding of Azure and D365 Environments from integration perspective Support Product Owner to approve FDD documentation Conduct workshops and process mapping sessions to identify gaps and opportunities for process improvement.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications for D365 related to integrations Stay updated on D365 updates, new features, and industry trends to recommend enhancements.

Proactively identify areas for system optimization and improvement in alignment with business goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and streamline operations.

Dealer Management System knowledge is added advantage Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Proven expertise in configuring and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules Knowledge: Strong understanding of business processes in Finance Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective D365 solutions.

Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
