Your Mission:We are looking for a skilled D365 Technical Consultant to join our Data Digital Solutions Team based in Milan!Reporting to the Enterprise Architect you will support in designing, validating, implementing and testing technical solutions to meet business needs.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Finance Operations or Customer Engagement (CE). You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and developers to customize and extend D365 applications using Power Platform, Azure, and other Microsoft technologies!

Key Responsibilities: Design and implement no-code/low-code applications using Microsoft technologies. Design and implement integrations between D365 and other enterprise applications using Azure Logic Apps, DataVerse, APIs, and middleware. Analyze system performance and optimize queries, reports, and workflows. Assist in migrating data from legacy systems to D365 using Data Management Framework (DMF). Conduct unit and integration testing. Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and solution design documents. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for D365 applications.

The Ideal Candidate: 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (FO, CE)Proficiency in at least one of X++ (for D365 FO), C#, Power Automate, Power Apps, and SQLBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldExperience with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions is a plusFamiliarity with Dataverse (CDS), Common Data Model (CDM), and API integrationsStrong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skillsExperience working with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Git)Knowledge of industry best practices and security principles for D365 implementationsSome travelling may be required to Milano or Cuneo… and of course a chocolate and gelato lover!
