The " H-FARM Summer Academy " summer project offers a chance for children/youth ages 5 to 19 to have an immersive experience on digital and sports topics in English at Europe's most innovative campus.

We are looking for people who are passionate about education and training to fill the role of Daily Educator for the 2025 edition.

We are looking for candidates to support the management and execution of daily activities by working closely with the organizational team and helping to create a stimulating, safe and inclusive environment for all participants.

WORK HOURS AND LOCATION From June 16 to August 8.

From Monday to Friday from 8 a. m. to 5 p. m. at H-FARM Campus at Ca' Tron in Roncade, TV.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure the supervision and safety of participants during all activities Manage the monitoring of participants' daily entries and exits Supervise during the movement of participants around the campus Supervise lunch times, snacks and breaks Promote a climate of inclusion and respect among participants Manage any needs and requirements in collaboration with the team Monitor the well-being of participants and maintain open communication with families Participate in training meetings Autonomy in reaching the work location REQUISITES - HARD SKILL Excellent knowledge of the English language (C1-C2 level) Experience in education such as summer camps, au pairs, tutoring, after-school activities REQUIREMENTS - SOFT SKILLS Interpersonal and communication skills Aptitude for teamwork and problem solving skills Creativity and energy Organizational and time management skills Adaptability and flexibility Empathy Attention to detail NICE TO HAVE Domicile in nearby areas First aid certification WHAT WE OFFER 40 working hours  Lunch and snacks Powered by JazzHR
