**Location**: Eemshaven, Netherlands

We are currently seeking a Site HR Manager to join our Danieli Construction Team.

The Site HR Manager will contribute to the creation and management of the administration structure of a large construction site in the Netherlands.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analysis of local standards (labour law, immigration, taxation) and management of relations with the relevant consultants;

- Document collection, check and filing.

- Management of obligations regarding transnational secondment (prior secondment communications, A1 forms, etc.

);

- Management and control of employment conditions (attendance/time sheet, compliance with working hours and minimum wages, etc.

);

- Management of tax obligations (with reference to the personnel);

- Management of on-site bureaucratic fulfilments (including, but not limited to tax code request, any declaratory obligations to local authorities, etc.

);

- Management / coordination of Covid-related obligations (study of legislation/management of cases);

- Support to chargeback activities (man/day sheets, etc.

).

The Site HR Manager will report to the Danieli Construction Project Control Manager and will liaise mainly with the following internal/external stakeholders:

- Immigration consultants;

- Tax consultants;

- Employment consultants;

- Italian Payroll Offices (Danieli Payroll Office + External Payroll Office);

- Project Director, Site Manager, Project Managers, secretary's offices of the involved departments, Int.

Mobility Office;

- Local authorities (health authorities, local tax offices, administration departments, Labour Inspectorate, etc.

);

- Banking institutions.

**Technical Requirements & Soft Skills**:

- Previous and significant experience in a similar role on medium/large international job sites;

- Command of the English and Italian languages;

- Willingness to permanently stay on the foreign job site with shifts of 90-15;

- Autonomy/Responsibility;

- Method and accuracy.
