_Job Title:_**_ Training Manager - Automation_
**_Location: _**_Buttrio (UD)_
**_Responsibilities:_
- _Ability to read and interpret needs / request of the customers, and to convert those needs into technical training program_
- _Ability to plan and schedule training activities, focusing on timeframes, costs and quality_
- _Coordinating with the various teams and subsidiaries involved in training activities progress (Engineering team, Commissioning team, Project Managers)_
- _Identifying the most suitable solutions to ensure a high level of customer technicians participation in training course (classroom training, web-training, on-site training)_
- _Continuous monitoring of performance indicators (training certifications issued, course attendance report, feedback test)_
- _Customer relations and satisfaction_
**_ Technical Requirements:_
- _High School Diploma or degree in Engineering (Electronical, Electrical, Electrotechnical, Management)_
- _Previous experience (minimum 2 years) as Project manager / Technical engineer / Training manager in the industrial automation field_
- _Relations with external customers_
- _Microsoft Project, Word, Excel_
- _Technical knowledge of electrical & automation Drawings_
- _Fluent English language_
