**Job Title**: Scrum Master, Digital Solutions

**Location**: Buttrio (UD)

**Business Unit: Danieli Automation

With more than 40 years of experience focused on metals production worldwide, Danieli Automation is Danieli technological partner for production management, process and equipment control, advanced instrumentation, and state-of-the-art electrical solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Fostering Communication**:

- create channels and improve team communication.

- **Protecting the team**:

- act as a buffer towards product managers and business unit management.

- **Reporting** - create and deliver reporting framework for team members and business unit management.

- **Meeting Facilitation **- facilitate sprint planning, daily scrum/standups, retrospectives.

- **Agile Coaching** - with AGILE team members, stakeholders and business unit management.

- **Team Support** - facilitate communication and resolve conflicts within team members.

- **Remove Blockers**:

- work with the team to understand and remove blockers.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma of Higher Technical Institute or Degree in Computer Science/Engineering

**Technical Requirements**:

**Required**:

- Experience in a scrum master role.

- Familiarity with software development.

- Ability to define project scope, goals and deliverables.

- Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, communication and facilitation skills to establish and maintain excellent working relationships in a corporate environment.

- Experience in managing projects using Scrum, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

**Will be considered as a plus**:

- Experience in development of software solutions for process industries, especially in metals.

- Extensive Project Management experience in large-scale transformation projects.

- Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps.

- Scrum master certification.
