Your Role and Responsibilities

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of security consultants.

Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging continuous professional development.

Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of high-quality consulting services, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations.

Drive innovation in methodologies and approaches to enhance service offerings.

Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to drive business development and ensure the successful delivery of consulting services.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- Education: Master's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

- Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Languages required: Italian, English

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and address complex security challenges.

- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.

- Business Acumen: Proven ability to understand business needs and align security consulting services accordingly
