**What we are looking for
**We are looking for a data geek, with experience in digital media focused on performance marketing and capable to derive a strategy from data.

- **You will oversee the deploy, execution and reporting of the Nestlé Italy data strategy, agreed with the Media Manager and the eBusiness Manager**:
- **You will work across categories, having the chance to simultaneously learn and understand many different businesses and brands (coffee, petfood, beverages, confectionery, etc)**:
- **You will be part of the Corporate Communication team, a cross-business function that manages media, corporate communication, consumer engagement, market intelligence, innovation beyond the core and other across-categories responsibilities
**In your role you will work on the following areas**:
**Data strategy & Execution
- **Ensure the effectiveness of our data collection and related media activations, to increase performances against business or brand objectives**:
- **Keep a collaborative and effective relationship with the media agency to ensure a flawless execution of the strategy, with a focus on campaign implementation, tracking and optimization**:
- **Contribute and collaborate to media and ebusiness teams to ensure 1st party data activation into digital media campaigns**:
- **Scout and sustain 2° party and 3° party data partnership**:
- **In charge of the Data Management Platform (DMP), from data collection to segmentation**:
- **Sustain and contribute to our test & learn agenda for the cookieless scenario**:
- **Local SPOC for global projects as dashboards development and BPI tools and monitoring
**Reporting
- **Execute and lead the reporting streams, to track digital & media investments**:
- **Provide actionable business actions and recommendations coming from insights, to enhance the communication strategies
**eCommerce Advertising
- **Improve the media strategy and execution on Amazon (budget, audience, keywords ).
**:
- **Campaign live measurement of performances to optimize costs and effectiveness, and oversee the media agency daily work**:
- **Sharing of best practices and learnings across categories
**Position Requirements
- **Solid Experience (3 to 5 years) in Programmatic & Performance marketing, whether from advertiser side or agency side or publisher side**:
- **You are a master in analyzing data coming from media investments and derive a strategy to increase business performances**:
- **You fully understand the programmatic environment: DSP, SSP, Adserver, and all Adtechs**:
- **Experience in Analytics platforms (GA 360, Meta Ads Manager, etc)**:
- **A degree in marketing, media or communication**:
- **Fluent in Italian and English
**Preferrable skills - you will have more chance to be employed if
- **You have a proven track record of campaign live optimization**:
- **You have experience in working on ecommerce media buying (eg.
Amazon Sponsored Search, Sponsored brand, etc)**:
- **You have already worked on global projects or international clients - in the position, you will required to work with both local and global teams (80% local / 20% global)

You will be required to set priorities and make choices**:
- **Affinity to work in an international context: you will be required to work with global teams to implement global guidelines**:
- **Love for details: in this position, a wrong click might determine a big issue with media spend
