The person will be part of the team dedicated to the "FIELD SERVICE MANAGEMENT" - FSM: a major program that will enable the transition to the new Service system in the company. Position Overview: As a Data Analyst at KONE, you will play a crucial role in the FSM project.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and implement data management processes, maintain data governance standards, and troubleshoot data-related issues. Key Responsibilities:Tasks to be performed (an adequate training will be provided):Understand and study process flows of business environment, participate to relevant workshops intended to design the to be Service configuration;Work in team with Italy&Iberica, Europe and KCO to define criteria Master Data fields must comply with, involving the FL's relevant business stakeholders;Cooperate with colleagues of different business functions to analyze and define what data are to be changed and what can be taken as they are;Extract data from SAP master data in various business workstreams and check if they are compliant with KONE requirements, involving the FL's relevant business stakeholders;Lead the correction/cleansing of data which are not in compliance in cooperation with colleagues and provide the correct data to the colleagues who will upload them into SAP system;Work in team with all other colleagues of the working team to ensure a smooth deployment of the new FSM tool, providing training and assistance to end users where required. May conduct end-user training for the data management and related tools to ensure adoption and understanding of global data management processes. Acts as the first level support for the data (i. e.

customers; suppliers; products; material; equipment). Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in a STEM subject, familiar with statistics and ICT systems (Master's degree preferred). Experience in data management, data governance, or related roles is a plus. Microsoft Excel usage: mandatory. Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e. g. , GDPR, CCPA) and compliance. Microsoft Access & SAP environment knowledge are an advantage. Good written and spoken English (mandatory); Italian and Spanish very appreciated. Soft skills:TeamworkingProblem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity. Autonomy: candidate needs to work independently on the analysis and then work within the team with already prepared considerations.
