MilanoResponsibilities:

- Act as a point of contact to an international project, Country teams for dataand business process related activities - Work with data owners, data stewards and business process owners

- Understanding business process and identifying business needs, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement.

- Perform requirement analysis - Co-ordinate between technical and business teams.

Work with internal teams - Country, GT, Global Analytics and external third party vendors

- Create data catalogues - metrics, definitions and create wireframes - Lead workshops/ongoing reviews - end users, developers, and business stakeholders

- Co-ordinate or manage UAT activities

- Work with local DPO in defining PII and data management policies

- Maintain backlog activities, prioritize and drive completion.

Monitor deliverables and anticipate possible blockers or delayers

- Document and communicate the requirements and procedures as per project's methodology and tools.

Update and maintain over time

- Support Local Team in adoption and awareness program uncovering areas for improvement and new business needs

- Support Stakeholders in prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Skill Requirements:

- Agile Methodology - Mandatory

- Excellent analytical skills - Soft Skills:

Collaborative, Working in multi-cultural teams, Proactive, Accountable, Autonomous, Influencing, Communication, English Language skills, -- Mandatory

- Azure devops environment - preferrable

- Domain Knowledge (Staffing) - Preferrable

- Experience:

At least 3 - 4 Years in business analysis Soft Skills:

- Methodical and organized - Problem solving and autonomous - Collaborative and able to work in a team - Good communication skills

- Stress resistance

- Ability to work in a complex and international workplace.

- English is mandatory (B2)
