Purpose of the jobThis role, you will be responsible for turning data into actionable insights, supporting business decisions by analysing complex datasets, and delivering clear and impactful reports.

You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and help drive business success through data analytics.

Additional will support TOS and GOS testing and reporting process. Summary of responsibilities:Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insightsCreate comprehensive reports and dashboards to visualize data trends and company performanceCollaborate with stakeholders to identify key metrics and data requirementsUtilize statistical methods to interpret data and solve complex business problemsConduct ad hoc analysis as required to support strategic initiativesPerform data cleansing and validation to ensure data quality and accuracyStay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysisCollaborate with IT teams and vendors to address system issues and optimize performance. Communicate system performance and improvements to senior management. Drive continuous improvement by evaluating process changes and aligning them with business goalsEducation & Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in Port IndustryProven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams of IT and Operations. Technical Skills & Knowledge Required:Knowledge of data analysis and reporting toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholdersHigh attention to details to ensure the processes are optimized. Behavioral Competences Required:Risk managementStrong strategic planning and decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
