Main Responsibilities

As **Data Analyst** you will be responsible for:

- analyse the behaviour of our services for reporting and forecasting purposes.

- perform system budget analysis

- Analyse users activity

- Prioritize multiple open issues.

- Contributing to the preparation of technical documentation.

- Supporting systems integration activities (meetings with partners and ESA).

**Your skills**:

- Writing documentation in English

- Knowledge of ticketing management

- Proactive problem solving attitude
