JOB POSITION**:Data Analyst/ Data Management

**Main responsibility**:

- To understand and fully manage the existing tools VBA code,

- To understand existing report data meaning and scope,

- To find bugs in the existing tools,

- To improve calculation speed and to improve user-friendly forms in existing tools,

- To implement existing tools modifications that will be requested by other teams of Product Support business unit, using excel functions and VBA language,

- To use the tools to make periodically requested reports,

- To create new excel tools when requested by the Product Support teams,

- To make tools dynamic using re-usable macros in the perspective of different data type increase (example: new geographical business area to be implemented in the same reports, etc )

**Skills**:

- Experience in data management and programming language,

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel software (formulas, pivot, charts, ),

- Excellent knowledge of VBA programming language, in particular:

- Procedures and functions implementation,

- Controlling program execution,

- Forms and controls,

- Code debugging, -Pivot tables in excel and VBA,

- Data exchange between excel / powerpoint / outlook,

- Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI

- Knowledge of Service environment and working mode

- Knowledge of projects effort evaluation and activity workload management,

- Good knowledge of English both Spoken and Written

- Mandatory knowledge C1 or mothertongue Italian

- Good soft skills and Customer oriented approach.
