EMM is looking for a talented and experienced Data Analyst to join our international team based in Naples.

In your role, you will be pivotal in transforming data into strategic insights, working closely with HR functional teams to gather requirements, develop Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, and provide analytical support.

Your expertise will be crucial in fostering data-driven decision-making, enhancing operational processes, and identifying growth opportunities.

You will serve as a key figure in converting complex workforce dynamics into clear strategic analyses that will influence HR policies at all levels.

Main activities: Perform ad-hoc analyses to address specific business questions and support strategic initiatives. Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate analytical findings. Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Analyze workforce data to provide actionable insights, enhancing HR processes, talent management, and organizational efficiency. Deliver training and provide ongoing support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of BI tools and understanding of insights. Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using tools such as Power BI, QlikSense, Dataiku, Tableau, or similar platforms. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar roles. Profound knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikSense, or equivalents. Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation. Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud (optional, but appreciated). Knowledge of programming languages such as Python (optional, but appreciated). Excellent command of the English language, essential for collaborating with international teams and understanding English documentation and reports. Legal authorization to work in Italy.
