On our way to Series A fundraising, we are keen to add a Data Analyst to our Product Team to establish a solid data-driven mindset across the company, and are looking for exceptional individuals to join us.

**Main Duties

As a Data Analyst Intern at Soplaya, and while reporting to the Head of Product on a daily basis, the intern will be responsible:

To create from scratch, maintain, and deliver within due deadlines all company's systematic reports, including:

- Financial statements

- Merchandise and replenishment reports

- Marketing and online traffic sources

- Operations and Logistics reports

To organize and conduct workshops with different departments in order to:

- Understand their missions, strategies, and goals

- Analyse their current processes and identify bottlenecks and/or opportunities for development.

- Collect their business requirements and translate them into actionable ad-hoc data analysis, forecasts and modellings

**Skills and Experience

- Graduate or final-year undergraduate student in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, or Information Systems

- Strong attention to detail, high level of numeracy, accuracy and analytical skills.

- Advanced expertise in MS Excel (PowerQuery and VBA preferred but not mandatory), MS PowerPoint an advantage.

- Basic knowledge of PostgresSQL is a plus.

- Basic knowledge of visualization tools (e. g.

Tableau, AWS Quicksight) is a plus.

- Strong command of English, both written and verbal communications.

- Italian is a plus but not mandatory.

- Basic understanding of e-commerce and/or food industry is an advantage.

**Your Career Path

This is not a regular internship.

In addition to working in a dynamic environment, this internship will enable you to develop knowledge, expertise and relationships in the e-commerce industry, as well as gaining an understanding of our business model, challenges and innovations.

Being part of a small team, you will be exposed to all different aspects/all departments of a tech startup rather than assigned to one particular task.

You will gain a solid knowledge of data analysis in the ecommerce world.
