ReSeARChOMA** (research in SARCOMA) Group is a multidisciplinary translational team composed by Clinicians and Researchers of Humanitas Research Hospital and Humanitas University devoted to research in Sarcoma.

We address a broad set of questions related to predictive markers, pharmacogenomics, and therapy response.

Humanitas grants access to state-of-the-art research and top-notch support core facilities and attracts talented international scientists from across the world.

**PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The applicant is expected to:

- Have a PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or in related disciplines (such as Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Systems Biology, Mathematical biology);

- Have excellent communication, organizational and writing skills in English;

- Be motivated and independent, while being able to interact effectively with other members of the team.

Required skills

- Statistical modeling and machine learning (Stan or PyMC3 or similar);

- Programming (R or Python).

Desirable skills

- Digital image analysis;

- Causal Inference.
