For** **Julius Meinl Coffee Group**, one of the oldest coffee roasters in the world and an **iconic Vienna coffee house brand**, founded in 1862, we are seeking a:

**DATA ANALYST - Temporary 1Y

The Data Analyst will join the DIO (Days Inventory Outstanding) **project** who has the purpose to **review and transform** planning, procurement, logistic and quality procedures for improving cash conversion cycle management.

The Business Intelligence will a key resource in driving the DIO Team by mining, interpreting and processing data for supporting the design of strategy and the decision making.

Cross Functional Synergies: Data Analyst will work with planning, procurement, quality and logistic areas.

**WHAT YOU WILL FOCUS ON**:

- Abilities in business understanding by data collection and analysis;

- Research and devise innovative statistical model for data analysis

- Serve as lead data strategist to identify and integrate new datasets that can be leveraged through our process/procedure/products

- Identify relevant data sources and sets to mine for the business needs, and collect large structured and unstructured datasets and variables

- Analyze data for trends and patterns, and interpret data with clear objectives in mind

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**:

- Educational background: Mathematics, Statistical or Management Engineering Education, Business Economics

- Proficiency with data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis

- Experience with Excel

- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic contest

- English Professional Level (B2/C1)

- _Nice to Have:_ Previous experience in equivalent role/project
