**Your Duties & Responsibilities**:

Working alongside senior colleagues, you will have the responsibility of:

- Lead clients in digital transformation processes by developing data-driven strategies;

- Lead data analytics projects with our clients' c-suite to define, design, orchestrate and lead the implementation of the best IT solution;

- Lead end-to-end IT Solution and Data Enterprise design, validating the solution architecture, approach, cost, and timeline;

- Supporting client companies in defining the data models that best fit their business by choosing the best modeling approach according to the identified technology and exploring the functional content of the company's industry.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred) Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistic, or similar/equivalent studies;

- 7+ years of experience in cross-industry in consulting firms;

- Project Management skills including cost planning and control (PMI/PMP certification and knowledge of Agile methodologies are preferred);

- Experience in Big Data, Analytics, Machine learning/Artificial Intelligence solutions

- Italian and English Languages are required

**Location**: Casalecchio di Reno (Bo) or Milan with flexible work arrangements; smart-working
