Data And Insights Technical Product Owner (M/F/D)
This regional position is overall liaison with the in-market teams, for the enablement of federated execution & implementation, of country driven data management they will collaborate closely with in-market Business Owners and BI teams, local Business Technology representatives and regional Product Owners, in order to shape the vision and in-market roadmaps, and facilitating federated build of scalable data solutions oriented around business impact**Key Responsibilities**:- Understands business processes, and analyzes business needs to shape and coordinate technology roadmaps around data & analytics- Balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing features, optimizing cost and improving delivery efficiency- Ensure the products / features / work meets relevant security, privacy & compliance standards- Seeks and drives continuous improvement through the federated build model- Drives engagement with third parties to support delivery- Collaborates to ensure all partners are clear on product roadmap activities, design, interdependencies, and timelines- Collaborates with peers across the Data&Insights Product Group to ensure good priorities, design, and delivery of change units.
**Job Location**:The role is primarily in any Janssen Commercial Site in EMEA and will involve travel (<20%) across the EMEA region.
**Qualifikationen****Education**:Master degree in science, engineering or technology.
**Experience and Skills**:**Required**:- 5 years' experience in designing, delivering, and supporting IT solutions in the Data&Insights space- Experience in crafting and operating IT services (configuration management, incident Mgmt. , problem Mgmt. , service Mgmt.
). - Experience in Analytical concepts especially Self-service, business processes, solution architecture and tools specifically with Qlik solutions. - Preferably certified in Safe. - Experience in agile delivery. - Familiar with common EU regulation around data privacy, security, . . . **Preferred**:- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
**Competences**:- Experienced knowledge and understanding of standard practices, technology, functions and supporting industry principles in Data and Analytics- Experience collecting requirements and translating into a product vision through deep expertise in data engineering, and data visualization. - Deep understanding and experience in high quality product delivery, including planning, dependency management, and delivery execution & governance- Sufficient understanding of the business needs, including sufficient knowledge of business processes, relevant value drivers, and industry trends- Experienced in handling a product backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, leading product team ceremonies, removing blockers- Substantial skills in relevant data engineering technologies, sufficient to drive technical solutioning with the ability to successfully communicate with engineers to make decisions on technical tradeoffs- Validated ability to network and orchestrate across technology organization, and to a lesser extent with business partners, with a validated history of building relationships and leading people- Focus on Business agility, Agile delivery with a fail-fast attitude and measurable outcomes- Demonstrated success in leading multiple cross-function self-organized teams- Contributes with ideas that challenge thinking- Strong problem-solving skills with ability of accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment**Other**:- Proficiency in English is requiredThe promotion and development of our employees are key values of our corporate culture.
