The student will work alongside the CMMS Administrator to review and update data using various tools.

This role might involve:Updating data in spreadsheets and our work order softwareWalkthroughs of campus spacesAssisting with inventory auditsSharing ideas for connecting with studentsResearching and developing tools to better monitor metricsRequirements:Prior coursework in Engineering, Computer Science OR Business is required to prepare the student with a basic familiarity of engineering concepts before working with Facilities equipment data.

This work might interest an Engineering student who is interested in Facilities Operations/Construction or a Business/Computer Science student who is interested in Data Analysis/Data Science.

Experience with Microsoft Excel/other data tools is preferred.
