Key Job Responsibilities

The responsibilities include:

7x24 roster duty in data center operations Incident first responder and onsite hands-on support Break-fix and troubleshooting according to process guideline Maintain proper media operations according to process guideline Capacity landing and decommissioning according to process guideline Site management and maintain tidiness in operation areas Innovate and contribute from day-to-day operation experiences to improve operation efficiency Minimum Requirements

- 1+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience, with degree / high diploma or equivalent qualifications in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or related disciplines

- Knowledge of IT system hardware and network concepts, and understanding on incidents response and prioritization, experience in network cabling including optical

- Good attention to details and good written and verbal communication in English

- 1+ years of data center experience

- Knowledge of cloud computing technologies, fiber optic and copper cabling standards, testing equipment and troubleshooting methodologies

- Knowledge on continuous process improvement

- Literacy in security and customer data protection
