What this job involves: Data Center CSA Manager Civil, Structural and Architecture responsibleManage CSA Design evolution, Procurement strategy definition and process promoter for all vendors related and Construction coordination and follow up until commissioning is granted. Direct interlocutor with customer: head for project management to raise risks and possible mitigations or solutions. Define, coordinate and manage planning, economics, quality and health & safety for CSA as well as with related Equipment. OFCI coordination related to CSA. PMP elaboration, and definition of project strategies, procedures and communications. Development of the process and purchasing strategy as well as management of the Project and/or Construction Packages Tender. Suppliers selection and customer presentation. Preparation of technical dossier for tender, reception of offers, realization of comparative and issuance of award recommendation. Organization of regular work monitoring meetingsManagement and moderation of meetings weekly and monthly meetings with stakeholders. Preparation of Minutes of Meetings and periodic reportsCost control, planning, change orders and billing follow upManagement and control of the commissioning of the works. Desired skills and experience for this job:Degree in Civil engineering or ArchitectureExperience in construction management of Critical Infrastructures like Hospitals or Data Centers (5MW it minimum) or Oil&Gas plants for at least 5 years. 10 year experience in the construction sector (projects and construction works)Essential knowledge of laws and regulations related to building constructionAnalysis capacity for risks detection as well as the ability to search and propose for solutions. Leadership capacity to achieve objectives and milestone complianceCollaborative and team workerGood in communication and management skills of multidisciplinary work teamsExperience in dealing with customers for reporting and decision makingEssential good level of spoken and written English & ItalianGood level of use of Excel, Power Point, Autocad, Project/Primavera, TCQ/Presto, BIM 360 is required. Experience in companies with hierarchical structures and internal proceduresOrganized in the analysis, structured in the reporting and transmission of information.
