Role: Data Engineer Duration: 6 months+ Possible extention Location: 100% Remote Language: English (B2) Freelance / B2B Contract Important note: Only candidates based within the european union will be considered JD: Integrate and manipulate data from various on-premise and AWS Cloud sources for analytical and business intelligence solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and data workflows.

Work with relational databases to optimize data storage, retrieval, and performance.

Develop and implement data models to support analytics, reporting, and machine learning initiatives.

Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across platforms.

Implement application integrations via APIs and ensure seamless data flow across systems.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze functional and nonfunctional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Utilize Power BI to create interactive dashboards and data visualizations that provide actionable insights.

Work with Big Data technologies to process large-scale datasets efficiently.

Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices for data management and analytics.

Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, with a proven track record of integrating and manipulating data from diverse sources.

Proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and analytics.

Proficiency in AWS Cloud services and relational databases.

Hands-on experience with designing and implementing data pipelines using ETL tools and frameworks.

Strong understanding of data architectural patterns and best practices.

Experience with application integrations via APIs and ensuring data consistency across systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex data systems.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
