We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our Data&AI Studio. This Studio harnesses the power of data & AI to create new and better experiences and services, going above and beyond extracting value out of data and automation. Our aim is to empower clients with a competitive advantage by unlocking the true value of data and AI to create meaningful, actionable and timely business. You will get the chance to: Design and develop data storage solutions; Create and manage data flows; Implement and manage data pipelines for processing and transforming data from heterogeneous sources; Collaborate with data architects and software developers to ensure data solutions' integrity, security, and scalability; Maintain detailed documentation of implemented architectures, pipelines, and procedures; Collaborate with the data development and analytics team to understand project requirements and define technical specifications. What will help you succeed: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; Proven experience in designing and developing data solutions, preferably on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure; Knowledge of cloud platform technologies, such as Google Cloud Dataflow, Google BigQuery, Google Cloud Storage, AWS Glue, Amazon Redshift, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and others; Knowledge of Google Cloud Dataproc, AWS EMR, or Azure HDInsight; Advanced skills in SQL and at least one programming language (e. g. , Python, Java, or Scala); Familiarity with data lake architecture and data governance principles; Ability to design and optimize data pipelines for high performance and scalability; Ability to work in an Agile development environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; Fluent English.
