Responsibilities: Defining architectural modules for Big Data architecture. Maintenance and development of warehousing logic within illimity's DataLakeHouse. Managing activities and procedures related to Data Governance and Data Quality. Contributing to the innovation of data products and collaborating with the development teams of Databricks and Microsoft on Azure cloud. Requirements: Degree in STEM disciplines. Preferred experience of at least 2 years in the banking sector. Good knowledge of programming languages Python and SQL, as well as Object Oriented Programming principles, with additional skills in pySpark and Hive. Good familiarity with Databricks, Terraform, and other Azure infrastructure services, such as Azure Data Lake Storage, Blob Storage, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Data Factory and Azure Purview. Good proficiency in Azure DevOps, Git version control system, and Unit Testing practices. General knowledge in the field of Big Data (Parquet) and relational RDBMS and NoSQL systems (MongoDB), along with skills in data ingestion and transformation management.
