Job Title : Data Management and Reporting Specialist Reports To : Program Director Location : Naples, Fl Employment Type : Full-Time/ Exempt Salary: Starting at $47k annually (based on experience) Benefits: Include but not limited to: Medical, 401k and tuition reimbursement Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Management and Reporting Specialist to manage, analyze, and report on organizational data. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, develop insightful reports, and collaborate with teams to support decision-making processes. This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to improve the organization's data-driven initiatives. Key Responsibilities Data Management Collect, clean, validate, and maintain datasets from various sources. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security in databases and systems. Develop and enforce data governance policies and best practices. Manage data storage solutions to optimize performance and accessibility. Reporting and Analytics Design and generate regular and ad hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders. Analyze trends, patterns, and insights to provide actionable recommendations. Develop dashboards and visualizations to make data insights easily accessible. Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Collaboration and Communication Work closely with teams across departments to understand data requirements. Train and support staff on data-related tools and processes. Present findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders in a clear, concise manner. Technical Expertise Utilize languages and tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, or other data analysis tools for advanced data processing. Manage and utilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data management and analytics. Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or Business. 2 years of experience in data management, reporting, or a similar role. Skills and Competencies Strong proficiency in database management and query languages (e. g. , SQL). Expertise in data visualization tools (e. g. , Tableau, Power BI). Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e. g. , pivot tables, macros, formulas). Familiarity with programming languages for data analysis (e. g. , Python, R). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
