The research fellow will be responsible for developing and verifying high-performance computing codes on the CPU / GPU hybrid platform.

In particular, we will explore methods for the efficient use of the aforementioned platform, which combine techniques suitable for each calculation model, such as MPI for distributed processing, multithreaded techniques for shared memory and intensive matrix computing methods typical of CUDA architectures.

Benchmarck and software optimization for innovative management and statistical analysis solutions of big data of different nature for use in machine learning systems (with particular reference to modern deep learning techniques and statistical analysis fordiagnostic purposes in the biomedical field)
