**CUSTOMER SERVICE DATA MATCHING

YOUR CHALLENGE

- You are the first point of contact for our customers in Italy.

- You are responsible for customer master data, data entry and data matching.

- You monitor the customer's declarations and solve any issues that may arise.

YOUR PROFILE

- You have a high school Diploma or acquired equivalent knowledge through experience in a Data Entry or Data Matching position.

- You are fluent, both written and spoken in Italian (English is required but not necessary).

- You have a positive attitude and hardworking nature.

- You are able to do a repetitive but fundamental job.

- You are always able to keep your focus and drive, even during short deadlines.

- You are able to work independently and in a team environment.

- You communicate with customers and internal employees in a professional and constructive way.

- You know your way around MS Office.

Training on the job will be provided for our internal software.

- You are customer oriented and an enthusiastic team player and will bring a positive attitude into the entire Tosca family.

- You live in the Monza and Brianza or Milan area.
