Data Privacy Analyst (F/M/D)
Chino is seeking a motivatedData Privacy Analystto join our team.
We provide innovative AI based solutions for businesses to achieve regulatory compliance on GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO27001 and other standards. You will find our processes evolve rapidly as we strive to improve the experience for all our customers. What the role will involve:As a Data Privacy Analyst, you will be part of our Product Development Team and will be responsible for ensuring that our GRC solutions implement all regulatory frameworks and standards in the most efficient and effective ways. You will primarily work with our internal Operations and Sales teams, analysing customers and consultants needs, and transferring them to the Product team. You will analyse legal and technical compliance requirements for GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, AI Act and other standards, and will translate them into product features.
From time to time you will also contribute to our growing library of technical guidelines, eBooks and other customer facing materials. Your responsibilities:Analyse customer requirements related todata protection and compliance(e. G. , GDPR, HIPAA) and translate them into actionable design solutions. Work on implementing solutions for managingdata protection and security frameworks (GRC - Governance Risk Compliance)Collaborate with internal teams to defined, develop and presenthigh-level end-to-end functional privacy requirements. Stay up to date with evolving global privacy standards to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of compliance. Attended relevant industry events, or presentations with customers. Contributing to team or progress meetingsto update and inform colleagues. Requirements:Experience in data protection and cybersecurity fields.
Ideally worked as a consultant or analyst. Experience with key principles of GDPR compliance, or other frameworks such as HIPAA, ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2. Experience in business analysis, working on requirements gathering and design. Familiarity with privacy engineering principles and best practices for secure software development (cloud, mobile and web applications). Detail-oriented approach needed to recommend and implement improvements on a range of data privacy and data protection issues. Strong analysis and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English.
