In TUI Musement we are looking for an experienced Data Product Manager for the Data Science & Analytics team in TUI Musement.

ABOUT THE JOB:

You will be involved in the specifics Data Science & Analytics projects and will manage a team of data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers working closely with a business domain in TUI Musement.

You will be a high-profile and manage influential key stakeholders in TUI Musement.

You will be helping the business experts in the gathering of the Data Science & Analytics requirements and be supporting the Data standards in close collaboration with the other Data teams within TUI Musement.

Ultimately, you are responsible for the governance, management of the data in your domain, promoting the data culture and awareness on Data to all users.

ABOUT YOU:

Demonstrable experience in leading a data team and driving performance

A project management professional with Agile skills.

Exceptional communication skills, in order to explain complex topics to people who don't understand the data & analytics technicalities.

Great attention to detail and the ability to problem solve

Experience with resources management such as planning and forecasting

Proven ability to coordinate successfully with other teams.

Experience in Data tools like AWS Services, Snowflake, Tableau and Microsoft Power BI.

Passion for learning without fear of failure in a passionate and agile team

Creating and enforcing policies for effective data governance

Formulating management techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data

Practical experience with user-friendly visualization and report design

Strong analytical, conceptual and implementation skills

Business knowledge about the travel industry would be beneficial

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
