With regard to the management of Financial and Non-Financial Reporting Risk and the Data Quality Management, mainly:

Support the definition of Accounting policies, valuation methodology, Chart of Accounts and new reporting/KPI from the Internal Control System perspectiveMonitoring of the Importante Azienda of the related projects, supporting and followingthe Importante Azienda of administrative and accounting procedures and related controlsPerform process mapping, Data Quality (financial/non-financial) risk assessment, test of control activities, walkthrough test activities, benchmark analysis, data directories filling-inSupport for the assessment of the organizational, administrative and accounting structure and system and for the drafting of the relevant institutional reportingSupport in the periodic management reporting to the head of unit and support for the institutional reportingSupport the development of the Group IT system, through the definition of functional requirements related the process mapping, process control and entity level controlNetworking with other GHO functions and Group Legal Entities
