The role is based out of the Milan office and will report to the Program Manager.

The **Data Quality Intern **is here to be part of sennder Italia's Program Management & InnovationTeam, which is focused on the improvement of our operational processes and their quality.
This role is based in our Milan office.

**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:
- Acquire carriers' data and documents, verifying and monitoring compliance;
- Acquire carriers' data updates through Salesforce and all the others internal tools;
- Support the Quality Program Managers in the daily operations;
- Build and implement daily and monthly reports;
- Give daily support to our carrier partners, monitoring and developing ad hoc processes;
- Manage internal communications with our carrier and operations managers;
- Create internal powerpoint presentations to support our operations teams.
**PR**EFERABLY YOU ARE**:
- Good in analytics and data management;
- Well versed in communication and presentation skills;
- A fast learning and adaptive mindset;
- Inclined to technology and skilled in MS Office (Excel, Access, Power point), CRM (Salesforce) and databases
- Fluent in Italian and English, other languages are considered a plus;
- Graduated in Engineering Management, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics.
