We are looking for a Data Science Associate to join our Data team, your responsibilities will be:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales and operations.

- Develop predictive models and algorithms to optimize KPIs.

- Utilize data visualization tools to present findings and communicate results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Travel frequently to various locations, including the United States, to collaborate with client and gather data for research purposes.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, geospatial analysis, and pharmaceutical research to drive innovation within the organization.

- Participate in the development of data-driven strategies and solutions to address key challenges in the donor industry.

**What you will bring**:

- Master's or Ph. D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field.

- Strong programming skills in Python.

- Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP):

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

- Knowledge of geospatial analysis tools and techniques for leveraging geographical data.

- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.

- Familiarity with tools and databases related to geospatial analysis and geographical information systems (GIS) is a plus.
