Key Responsibilities- Design and develop new digital solutions for customers- Develop predictive models using Machine Learning and/or Deep Learning techniques for Computer Vision, Time Series and graph analysis- Design and implement data strategies and systems by establishing a data-driven mindset and decision-making process- Use tools and languages for data manipulation such as Python and R- End-to-end management of analytical projects: from ingestion to visualization, through data processing and communication of analysis results- Create dashboards and insights to simplify business decision making- Lead agile teams to develop innovative solutions that solve business issues and create new market opportunities- Manage work packages, distributing tasks and motivating teams to ensure success- Maximize the value of projects by providing vision and direction to development teams- Communicate with all relevant stakeholders, including Board, customers, business managers and the development team to ensure that objectives are clear and that innovation activities are aligned with business objectives. - Research, discover and exploit new ideas that can create new opportunities

To succeed in this role you should have- Academic background, preferably in IT, engineering or digital fields- 5+ years of experience in data science and data analysis- excellent understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Machine Learnign, Deep Learning, Statistics and libraries such as pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, pytorch, tensor flow- Experience with Programming Languages (python, R), PowerBi, Azure cloud and AWS- High proficiency with MS Office- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian- Knowledge of market analysis, business case development, TCO calculation, Business Process Modelling- Strong project management skills and knowledge of Agile and SCRUM methodology- Strong data visualization and presentation skills, and communication to a wide audience- Creativity and innovation- Customer orientation- Team working and team leading skills- Strong problem solving skills with a focus on product development- Detail oriented and ability to prioritize and shift priorities quickly as needed
