About The Role You will be part of a team dedicated to developing products that leverage natural language processing, machine learning, and generative AI to address user needs in innovative and effective ways.

You will contribute to the creation of solutions that push the boundaries of AI applications.

By transforming complex analyses into actionable insights, you will ensure that our clients benefit from impactful, user-focused outcomes.

Your work will play a key role in shaping AI-powered products that deliver real value while presenting findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

We offer the possibility of working in hybrid mode, with extensive use of remote working.

Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or Economics, or equivalent experience.

Passion for data and a strong sense of curiosity; you enjoy exploring new techniques, understanding complex topics, and continuously learning.

Proficient in Python with an eagerness to refine and expand your programming knowledge.

A strong foundation in data science and hands-on experience with machine learning through professional work, projects, academic research, or certifications.

Familiarity with statistical concepts and their applications.

Ability to translate analytical findings into practical and actionable recommendations for clients, and to present your work effectively to non-technical audiences.

Analytical mindset with an ability to approach challenges using a rigorous and scientific methodology to ensure robust and reliable solutions.

Basic knowledge of Italian or a willingness to learn it.

The following ones are a plus Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases and data processing tools.

Experience with popular Python libraries and frameworks for working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and agent development, such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Hugging Face Transformers.

Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures is also a plus.

A PhD or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
