Data ScientistWhat will your Challenge be? As a Data Scientist at BIP, you will develop and implement advanced solutions that drive digital transformation for our clients.

You'll lead complex projects from ideation to production, collaborating closely with clients and interdisciplinary teams to create value through technological innovation.

Required Skills:Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related STEM fieldMinimum of 2 years' experience in Data ScienceExpertise in data exploration, analysis, and model creationProficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, HBaseStrong programming skills in Python, with experience in PySpark or ScalaKnowledge of Big Data technologies like Hadoop, MapReduce, SparkExperience with version control tools (e. g. , Git) and data/model versioning frameworks (e. g. , MLFlow, DVC)Fluent in professional EnglishNice to Have Skills:Knowledge of Big Data tools (Hadoop, Hive, Pig, Spark, Flume, Kafka, Airflow)Experience with testing methodologies (unit, functional, performance)Familiarity with container platforms (e. g. , Docker) and dashboarding for data visualizationReal-time pipeline experience and Agile methodologiesGood knowledge of ItalianSoft Skills:Consultative approachClient-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsAdaptability and flexibilityDetail-oriented and resilient under deadlinesWillingness to travel internationally
