This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era. You will get the chance to:

Design and implement robust machine learning models to address complex business challenges. Conduct advanced statistical analyses and predictive modeling to uncover patterns and trends in large datasets. Develop end-to-end data workflows, including feature engineering, data preparation, and model evaluation. Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data pipelines and infrastructure support modeling needs effectively. Leverage LLM technologies (e. g. , LangChain) to develop AI-driven applications and solutions. Translate data insights into actionable business recommendations, presenting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Optimize models for deployment in production, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Stay at the forefront of advancements in AI, machine learning, and LLM frameworks to apply state-of-the-art techniques. What will help you succeed:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field;Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R. Deep knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e. g. , TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Experience with big data processing tools (e. g. , Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e. g. , AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Strong expertise in SQL and familiarity with NoSQL databases (e. g. , PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Hands-on experience preparing and optimizing data for machine learning models. Proficiency with data visualization tools (e. g. , Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib). Familiarity with LLM frameworks like LangChain and their application in real-world scenarios. Understanding of REST API integration and backend architectures. Proven ability to work in Agile teams and deliver enterprise-grade solutions. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e. g. , Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with data governance, security best practices, and compliance requirements. Knowledge of advanced machine learning concepts, including model explainability and monitoring. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
