The opportunity: We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist (Gen AI) I to join our team.
Responsibilities: Takes well-defined tasks and completing them with a growing autonomy; Understands and adopts our internal SDLC. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Math, Computer Science or similar; Familiarity with Gen AI applications and exposure to fine-tuning models and at least 6 months as Data Scientist NLP; Basic knowledge of LLM model architectures and fine-tuning techniques; Basic knowledge of at least one application Gen AI development framework (Haystack, Langchain, LLMWare, . . . ); Familiarity with programming languages including advanced Python patterns; Familiarity with software lifecycle practices (testing, release, deploy) and git-based workflows; Knowledge of Software Engineering practices; Ability to explain Gen-AI advantages and limitations to tech and non-technical audiences; Organizational skills and proactive approach; Good communication skills; Languages: both Italian and English; Team Player.
